Built for motion
Made for the move.
You can't bring the TV but you can bring the sound system. On planes, trains, and in hotel rooms at 1AM, one cable turns any screen you carry into a full 3D spatial audio experience.
That's Holographic Audio.

Wired headphones are back.
Some people are over wireless. They’re tired of charging or dealing with pairing issues. Sometimes you just want to plug in your earbuds and know they’re going to work.
That’s why we’re bringing wired back. Built for USB-C, SANWEAR-HARDWIRE does what traditional wired earbuds never could. Bigger sound, smarter technology, and everything you need built right into the cable.
No charging. No dongles.

The opposite of "planned obsolescence."
Take control. With the Soundscape app you can customize your sound, and personalize light controls and touch commands for any of your SANWEAR earbuds.

Wired USB-C
Simply plug and play. Any device with a USB-C audio output is compatible, including your PS5, Mac, PC, Switch 2, Steam Deck, iPhone 15+, Android and select VR devices. No more dongles.
Not compatible with third-party adapters or Xbox.
BONE-SHAKING BASS, INCREDIBLE DETAIL, ADAPTIVE MIC SYSTEM.
The Audio Cortex
A high-power amplifier, normally only seen as an expensive external device, now built directly into the wire. Also features our adaptive learning mic system, sound profile memory, programmable button, and RGB interface. All controlled through the Soundscape App.
Your personal sound engineer.
Adapter-be-gone
No more dongles to carry. The Audio Cortex speaks USB-C natively.
All the goodies
The DAC, the amp, all the audiophile mumbo jumbo, simplified. We did all the work for you and put it in the wire. Experience full power right out the box.
All yours
Customize your sound profiles and bring them to every device. All while the machine-learning mic adapts to your voice and cancels out the noise.

ADAPTIVE MIC SYSTEM
The Audio Cortex learns you. Its Adaptive Microphone System is designed to improve communication clarity over time by continuously refining how it recognizes your voice.
Instead of relying on a static profile, it works to prioritize speech, reduce competing environmental noise, and deliver more consistent vocal pickup across gaming, calls, and everyday use.
Mute and unmute calls and voice chat with a single tap.

Single Driver Excellence
Holographic audio requires perfect timing. Multi-driver systems split frequencies across separate components, introducing phase distortion and timing errors at the crossover points.
We use a single planar-dynamic driver to maintain full-spectrum coherency and deliver a precise spatial soundstage.
Beryllium-Infused
Better ingredients means better sound. We've chosen only the best, even when it's more expensive to process than gold.
More rigidity, low-end mass, and warmth.
Sub Bass Imaging
Our focus on sub-bass means greater spatial sound, expansive soundstage, and heightened sense of scale
N52 Neodymium Drive
The most powerful magnet commercially available. Delivers extreme magnetic flux in minimal space. That means driving the diaphragm with higher force for greater output, faster attack, and cleaner dynamics.
FAQs
What is HARDWIRE?
HARDWIRE is SAN Sound's wired audio system designed for high-quality listening through a USB-C connection and the Audio Cortex.
Can I use HARDWIRE with an iPhone?
Yes, if your iPhone supports USB-C. For Lightning iPhones, you may need a compatible Lightning camera adapter or supported audio adapter.
Do I need the Soundscape app to use HARDWIRE?
HARDWIRE can be used for basic listening without the app, but the Soundscape app may be needed for settings, customization, and firmware updates.
Why is there no sound from my HARDWIRE?
Check that the USB-C connector is fully inserted, the device volume is turned up, and the audio output is set to HARDWIRE or the connected USB-C audio device.
What ear tip sizes come with HARDWIRE?
HARDWIRE includes multiple ear tip sizes, including 9mm, 10mm, 11mm, and 12mm. The default size is usually 11mm.
Can I use HARDWIRE for gaming?
Yes. Because HARDWIRE is wired, it is suitable for low-latency listening on compatible devices.
