SANWEAR-HARDWIRE is a USB-C wired earbud system with SAN’s Audio Cortex.
HARDWIRE is a single, custom-built sound system designed to deliver high-end audio without extra research or equipment. Compatible with any device with USB-C audio output, including Switch, PS5, iOS, Android, Mac, and PC.

We form our diaphragms with microfluidic injection molding, guiding the polymer through ultra-fine channels before it sets. The result is uniform thickness and tension across the entire surface.
Our new driver combines the precision of a planar diaphragm with the range and power of a dynamic driver.
We're able to set the diaphragm thickness and stiffness evenly across the whole plane, which keeps it pistonic and avoids the high frequency breakup/wobble you see with the stiff domes in other dynamic drivers.
