Fit & seal
Four ear-tip sizes in the box (9–12mm, default 11mm) and four sport hook sizes. A good seal is the whole bass response — start default, then size down or up until it locks in.
Controls & lights
Buttons remap in Soundscape, including volume. Lights too: off, pulse, or rainbow. A white flash means a firmware update is running — let it finish.
