Promotions: Demo Unit Giveaway (May 25–31, 2025)

This section outlines the terms specific to the Demo Unit Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by SAN Sound, INC (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the "Employees"), and immediate family members or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on May 25, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on May 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

Each participant is eligible for one (1) raffle entry per day after submitting the official entry form. Additional entries can be earned by sharing posts and tagging friends according to the bonus rules.

Selection and Notification of Winners

Seven (7) winners will be selected in total during the Promotion Period:

Winners will be announced no later than June 2, 2025, and contacted via the email or social media account used to enter. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If no response is received, the Company reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Prizes

Each selected winner will receive one (1) SANWEAR™ Demo Unit. These are not retail-packaged GT or Quantum Editions.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted. All winners will also receive a $20-off discount code applicable to select SAN Sound products.

Limitations

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or submitted by automated means. The Company also reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Promotion at its sole discretion at any time.

Publicity Release

By entering, participants agree that their submission, name, likeness, and/or username may be used by the Company for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
